    As part of Bury Safeguarding Children Board's work to tackle child sexual exploitation (CSE) within Bury, the Bury Phoenix Team was set up, as part of Project Phoenix which emerged from the Greater Manchester Safeguarding Partnership following a scoping exercise into practice in relation to child sexual exploitation.
